[24 Jul 2008|03:17am] One moment in Reesyn, and you can tell why so many supernatural/paranormal beings live there. Not only are the people more accepting, but the town itself holds a deep history and power. (The power comes from the fact that Reesyn is build upon power leys, in fact, the center of town is where two power leys meet and cross.) 16 years ago, a terrible fire ravaged the city. Buildings and business alike were damaged, lives lost. The truth of how that fire started has long been hidden, and though there are many theories no one is sure what happened, or why and who hid the truth, at least no one telling. Most buildings were repaired and reopened not long after the fire, but some sat empty for years. One in particular, the old apartment, sat empty and rundown until just recently. It's been fully restored and reopened, which may have made a few of the not so lively natives a little restless. Reesyn's your typical American town. With a few quirks. Information Reesyn is strictly an Original Character game. Reesyn is open to all things (slash, mature situations, incest, pregnancies, anything along those lines), so long as they're done realistically and you follow the games basic rules. The game has a tentative start date of August 1st. Will be pushed back to August 8/9th if we need to generate more interest still. If you have any question, don't hesitate to ask! [24 Jul 2008|05:57am] Characters - Rules - Application - Plot Perfidiose - illoyal;insidiose;malitiose You wake up slowly, the first thing you notice is a low pounding headache and a few cuts and bruises along your body. Once you've determined that no, you're not in any danger of dying from these, you look around the room. The light from the windows is soft and orange - sunrise. The torches on the walls flare in to life and you start to notice the other people in the room with you. Some are still sleeping or unconscious, but a few are sitting up like you and peeking about. When you get up to walk, the room spins around you. The headache gets a little worse before you stumble to a halt in front of an obviously not-sleeping body. The man in the middle of the room looks old. And even dressed as he is in a bright blue robe with stars on it, he looks dignified and very, very dead. His grey beard is tangled; his hear matted down with blood and grime; his mouth open in a scream. One of his hands is twisted under his body and the other - the other is burned black and the fingers curl inwards like spider legs as it rests on the floor next to his hips. He doesn't look as if he died in his sleep, even without any blood pooling beneath him. You can't help but look around to the other occupants. You clear your throat. "Can any of you remember how you get here?" "Or your name?" Perfidiose is a game that takes place straight after Dumbledore's death at the end of Harry's sixth year. The characters have all lost their memory and part of the game will be to get it back. While they are trapped at Hogwarts, several parts of the castle as sustained damage and cannot be accessed or will need a lot of cooperation to clear of debris if the characters wish to search through them. Hexennacht is an alternate universe MWPP game set in 1985; a world where Gellert Grindelwald is now the Minister of Magic for all of Europe, and Muggleborn wizards live in fear of the Black Caps, Grindelwald's personal army, charged with keeping the Muggles and wizards alike in line. Hexennacht begins with the latest decree restricting magic allowed by Muggleborn wizards to the simplest forms of magic, while the purebloods are allowed to get away with murder. With the Death Eaters on the run, Voldemort in Azkaban with no hope of getting out, and the Order in hiding, along with the remains of their single ally, a former terrorist organization, is there any hope of restoring Europe to a land of tolerance? [24 Jul 2008|02:16pm] Community sl: Matt Shadows PB is wanted for a romantic sl with a Val PB & Member of the band A7x it has various details, depending on how the writer feels they can be together already or could end up back together soon and they have a secret love child he doesn't know about. They broke up 4 years ago, she ended up getting pregnant but the doctors messed up telling her she was 2 months instead of 3 months. None of their friends know he's the father and neither does he. Val (Kat) refuses to tell any one who the father is. Matt would be part of the band a7x in this PB comm, every one but him suspects the baby is his. Him and the other guys always pitch in and help her even though she tells them not to. She's basically the baby with a baby. Her (their) son has basically five fathers, all the guys take part in that role, they're all very close even with her having the baby. post comment

Each country became lofty of its achievements, while simultaneously becoming greedy for those of others. Those caught in the middle were forced to chose sides. So began a war unlike any other and, when it all ended, the paradisiacal version of Earth was lost. It has been thirty years since and the world has yet to recover. It lies mostly barren and uninhabitable, save for a few bleak cities scattered over the northern hemisphere. For nearly forty years this has never changed. Until now. After having no choice but sell the magazine due its financial difficulties, Polari has ended up as a property of a huge publishing company whose plan is to change the magazine completely. Make it the gay man’s Cosmo and FHM both collided in one. New staff has been hired to ensure that the magazine reaches it potential.
