So we all know that Captain Jack Harkness runs Torchwood Three, that Torchwood One was destroyed in the Battle of Canary Wharf, that Torchwood Two is headed by "a very strange man" and that Torchwood Four is currently misplaced. Well that's all fine and dandy, but things are about to start changing. Torchwood One is reopening just outside of London and is now known as Torchwood 1.1 and Torchwood Two's leader has been replaced. Torchwood Three of course isn't any different, with the exception that Jack has been missing for a bit. The big thing is that Torchwood Four is back on the map, headed by the same person it had been before it was 'misplaced'.
It seems Torchwood Four, headed by one Major Charlie Sheppard, had a minor malfunction involving Cardiff's rift. In fact, Torchwood Four is located right near Torchwood Three, or at least it was until it and its team got pulled into another universe. Which is where Lucian Devereaux comes in. It seems that he got a hold of a Time Agent's vortex manipulator in the far future and has been using it at his own pleasure. Well, until it backfired and he was sent to the present and made the rift flux, sucking Torchwood Four into it. Luckily, Major Sheppard wasn't there at the time.
Now as for Lucian, he'd been jumping through time randomly and unwillingly as he tried to fix the vortex manipulator. During this time he realized that he'd jump from the present in Cardiff to some different point in time and then back. Along the way, he managed to bring back people with him who shouldn't be during that time, and that caused the rift to go haywire, also bringing people to the present that shouldn't be there: those that are dead, those who aren't born yet, and those in other dimensions. And so, Torchwood realized they needed to work extra hard to try and stop this and thus re-established Torchwood Four, somehow convincing Charlie to head it once more. And that is where we begin...
Ever at the ready is a Torchwood/Doctor Who RP that allows for any character from either series (old and new) to be incorporated, as well as original characters! It takes place around the start of season two. We've only just started and we're looking for a majority of the canon cast still, including The Doctor (any of them) and most of Torchwood Three. We're also looking for bad guys and aliens to be hunted down, as well as people to fill up the other Torchwood Teams. If you think you're ready, then we're ready to have you join the team!

The end is coming. A new reign. It'll come, in the form of fire and brimstone. It'll come through blood and pain. Sometimes, the only way to get rid of parasites is to burn them. Condemn the place they dwell in, scorch them out of their hiding places. This is the dawn of a new era. A new threat. A time when all of man will be brought down to its knees and forced to resort to their natural and primitive way of life. This is no longer a war about magic and muggle, this is pest control and elimination of all the vermin that inherit this earth. Where is your Golden boy now? Are you ready?
HPA is a dark themed game about the return of Lord Voldemort. The supposed dead have begun to return and the Ministry is scrambling to make sense of it, unaware that the veil is unsafe and other forms of ancient magic are at work. There will plenty for both sides of the war to involve themselves in and we aim for character development and personal interaction. We expect our members to be able to carry on their own storylines while intertwining themselves with the main plot. We accept already developed story lines and people coming in groups or pairs, as well as individuals looking for something new. We accept original characters, if well developed and fitting with the Harry Potter universe. We are Deathly Hallows canon, with game canon developing as we go (making it technically AU). HPA is about fun, no harsh or nazi modding. A little bit of crack is always allowed, though we aim for thoroughness.
Needed: Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, members of the Order, members of the Ministry of Magic, Loyal Death Eaters, muggles, and international witches and wizards.

LUNAR CHANGES
Species Information x Rules x App x Held x Cast x Wanted
In a world over run with humans, those who stalk the night have only one rule: Keep the secret. For centuries, shape shifters, vampires, and witches have remained largely undected. There were always legends, stories that were unavoidable when supernaturals spent their lives rubbing shoulders with humans. These tales were, and still are, mostly considered to be fantastical amusement, the stuff of low budget horror films. Despite the fact that these legends spanned the generations, few humans truly believed that such creatures existed. On both sides of the line, this was for the better. Better for the humans to practice bliss in ignorance, and better for the things that go bump in the night to survive.
A silent harmony was established between the species. As long as the stuff of legends remained that way, the other had no reason to suspect. However, under the very noses of the humans, a timeless battle raged. In all the major cities throughout the world, various races battle for control. Werewolf packs now own New York and London, while Werecat prides stake their claim to Cairo and Los Angeles, and Witch covens rule Dublin, Boston, Brighton, and Salem. Yet, it is the Vampire clans that hold the most power in the world, running cities such as Tokyo, Hong Kong, Toronto, Berlin, Paris, and San Francisco. Despite what they already have, each group wants more and will use their people to get it, whether their people want to be a part of the war or not. (Dontcha wanna read more!?)
