Due to a game I'm attempting to apply to, I need to know how to do this directory coding seen here, here, here and well you get the idea.

EDIT: BEEHIVEDHARLOT: in order to get that base coding the easiest thing i can suggest is going to view > page source > copy (assuming you have firefox) all of the information there into notepad and then edit to fit your character's information. the same process should work for all three different examples you put up. however if you do feel like crediting i also wanted to let you know that this original base coding was created by my sl partner ~vivyan.

how do you add in another column on one side and not make the picture on the right side move down?

i would assume you would just add another table mimicing the tables already on that side. i'd have to play around with it myself in order to explain it. sorry i can't be of more help.
