Banning from IP Addresses?
I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but is it possible to ban an entire ip address from your community, so that an ex-player can't just create a new journal and reapply for trolling purposes?

Also, on some DSL networks, the IP refreshes every 24-48 hours so the player would have a new IP.

I think signs are pointing to it's not something that can be done, or even if it can be done it won't work the way one wants it to.
