Where may I find a generator-style layout that replaces the normal header (icon, username, blah blah blah) with a header image instead?

I'm constructing a new, much simpler main/CDJ/sample/personal journal, and I took your advice by checking out ~girdles, but the layout doesn't look right. All of the links at the top of the page, like: recent entries, information, etc. aren't showing up at all, even though it's in the coding. I didn't even touch it!

This is the layout at ~girdles, but [info]tongxing is the one I'm trying to skin. See the difference?
