Does anyone know of any programs that make icons on Chromebook? It's the only machine I have at the moment and I'd love to make some icons of the new Runaways show. I'd appreciate any help. Thank you!

OPTION THREE: WHY IS THIS GIF SO STUPID BIG?

When gifs are above 300KB it means we're going to have to make some changes. Sorry gif! Maybe you're too long. Maybe the quality is too high. Who can say?

If the gif is stupid, stupid big, then you may want to follow steps in option 2 first to get the quality down to size. But is it still way too large after that?

Then we go to the "frames" icon.

Why the "frames" option? It gives you a lot of control. You essentially turn off the frames and cut the gif down shorter until it it's closer to 100 and you can compress it.

But some gifs are also super long, and sometimes I'll actually enable/unable different sections of the gif to make multiple gif icons from small selections.

Once you've chopped down your gif to size, use the default optimization method and compress until it's under 100KB.

If anyone else has tips, feel free to add to these comments! I'd love to hear them.

You can also go to the "effects" icon and play with the lighting if the gif is too dark or whatever, though sometimes it adds to the size of the image.
