Does anyone know of any programs that make icons on Chromebook? It's the only machine I have at the moment and I'd love to make some icons of the new Runaways show. I'd appreciate any help. Thank you!

OPTION TWO: When the gif isn't *too* obnoxiously large

So you have your 100x100 gif and the lucky jerk face method didn't make it easily smaller. Now what?

Well, if your 100x100 gif is less than 200kb I recognize this method:

1. In Optimize, choose one of the following options:
Drop frames --> remove every 2nd frame
Drop frames --> remove every 3rd frame
Drop frames --> remove every 4th frame

Which one should you pick? The closer to 100 KB the less frames you can drop.

2. The new icon will look sped up. Boo. We can fix that!
3. Under the new gif, pick the "speed" icon.
3A. If you removed every 2nd frame, change to 60% of current speed
3B. If you removed every 3rd frame, change to 70% of current speed
3C. If you removed every 4th frame, change to 80% of current speed

Obviously, this is just a guide. You may want to do it slightly differently to your taste.

The goal is to have the icon 130KB or less when you optimize again and use the default "lossy gif" option to compress the gif to less than 100kb. The larger your gif, the more you'll have to compress it and the more quality you'll lose.
