Does anyone know of any programs that make icons on Chromebook? It's the only machine I have at the moment and I'd love to make some icons of the new Runaways show. I'd appreciate any help. Thank you!

Okay, you have a 100x100 gif, but chances are it's still too big.

We got options people.

OPTION ONE: LUCKY JERK FACE
1. Under your 100x100 gif, choose the "optimize" icon.
2. Under the "optimization method" select "optimize transparency".
3. What does this do? I don't know. Does it work? Only part of the time, which is why this is the lucky jerk face option.
4. Leave it on the 3% fuzz.
5. Optimize gif.
6. OKAY... did the file size get smaller? You're a lucky jerk. Did it not get smaller... do not use the new gif, do not follow the rest of the steps, and go to the next option to be described in a new comment.
6. LUCKY JERK FACE? Okay, if you clicked optimize and the file size is smaller but not quite small enough, click the "optimize" icon again underneath the new icon.
7. Play with the default "lossy gif" icon and compress the gif image until it's under 100. If the lucky jerk face method worked, you'll usually only have to compress it a tiny amount to get it under the size limit.

AND YER DONE...

But wait... this didn't work... WELL HOLD ON...
