Sorry to the owner of this journal, but it doesn't look like it's active anymore?

Anyone know the code of this ooc layout? I don't want the information stuff that goes beneath the cut tag - I want to put something different there. But I def want it to work with a cut tag. Hopefully that makes sense.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!

Oops, not quite what I had meant. I was looking for the code with the gif and menu bar that cut-tag linked into the post to display what you coded there for me.
