Help, please.
I've been looking for either a layout or table that looks like an old notebook? The closest thing I've been able to find is the default "Notebook" one Insanejournal supplies but I'm not a fan of it.
Something like this,or this would be phenomenal.

It's extremely edited between myself and a friend, but the base was done by Tessisamess.

This is the specific layout I used.
