Does anyone have a list or a cheat sheet with the codes for smaller capitalized letters to place in the title portion of layouts such as these *ᴅ.

Regardless if you're Mac or PC, you should have a thing called Character Viewer. It might be called something different if you've got windows, but on a mac, when you go to the top menu bar on the desktop click the screen thing with the snowflake and a drop down appears with 'show character viewer' or 'show keyboard viewer'. you want 'show character viewer'. look to the left sidebar in it, and the last in the list is Latin. that's where the tiny looking letters are. go through the section to find what you like. there's a preview thing in it to show different styles of the letter you want, too. hope i helped.
