Alright ~rp_tutorials, I have a question. I can do this basic scroll over popup text box on an image:

Is there a way, however, to break the text lines? Whenever I try it shows up perfectly in the html preview, but once I'm done with the html the sentences get smashed together: <~ when I preview this post there are three individual sentences in the text box, but when I review the icon in the actual post it becomes all one lone sentence. Help?

Also! I looked through the tags, and I know this exists but I can't find it. There was a post that showed how to have an icon image change when you rolled your mouse over it. Does anyone know where it is? I looked in animations, codes, extras, guides: image editing, resources: tutorials and a few other tags. Maybe I looked it over by mistake?

Character 13 is a just a character return. In order to be technically correct and work in all browsers, you need a carriage return AND a line feed. So it should be: 


Also, all special characters/symbols will need their decimal code in order for them to work. This includes extra spaces or   which is   in decimal.

See above example. I used some symbols and spaces to make it look formatted. Note: every character is the width of two spaces. So, if you're a freak like me, count up all the characters (x2) plus spaces in the longest line to center everything else accordingly. I also included spaces on either end of the longest line for padding.
