I had this problem myself at first, and I realized it was because I hadn't adjusted the settings to include .jpg and .png images, it was configured only to save .gifs and .bmp icons. Did you check that? Here is a screenshot, just so you know what to look for. Once I checked them (save for the .bmp. They're pretty useless in my opinion, they just give you the tiny images from the site, like logos and such.) it seemed to work.
If that's not it, I'm honestly not sure. There don't seem to be any online forums or anything for it. I hope this helps!
