I recently tried to make a webs account to host my character bio page instead of scribbld but upon signing up read that it no longer offers blank HTML pages to do it. Am I missing something or just a little to slow and simply missed out?

I always start/put my html in notepad and save it with a .html extention (ex: bio.html) and upload it through the file manager. Then you can edit it on the site from then on!
