alright, i'm completely clueless and thought i would ask for some help! i apologize if this has already been answered but does anyone know how to use a font in a journal entry to write out the character's name? an example of what i'm looking for can be found here and here. thank you!

urgh, i know someone did a step-by-step instruction on how to install google fonts for people with no css experience, but now i can't find it. maybe it never got tagged. hm.

anyway, the code for the font goes where the rest of the layout's coding does, in the overrides section under customize journal. the tutorial explains how to do that, under "utilising your font".

the font shows up when you view [info]kappes's layout, but when you click the entry, you see it's a different font. that's because the entry page uses a different stylesheet from the layout's coding, so it doesn't recognise the font you told it to use. google fonts will only show up when you view your layout, not the actual comment pages.
