Broken Icons?
Is anyone else noticing some of their icons turning into broken image placeholders?

This is happening to several of my accounts, with some being recent (just today, in fact) and others staying gone for over a week now to the point I have to either do without or re-upload if I remember what they were.

Mine happened as soon as I uploaded them. Interestingly, I get different ones as broken depending on which computer I'm accessing from, or at least, I did when it started.
