I'm joining the masses of people not having Journalwatcher not work for them.

I downloaded the insanejournal uploader and using the instructions here I went to turn of the UAC but I can't find it in the control panel. I' on Windows 7 if that helps.

I did try using the uploader without that but it didn't work either.

If you actually want to turn it off, you won't find it simply under the Control Panel.
