Entry tags:question: layouts

Could anyone please show me to the code to make this layout? I suppose it's Generator S1 and I've tried to look up the source code, and copied everything between 'style' brackets but that hadn't got me anywhere. I've seen it in many journals, so it should be something common, but I can't find it anywhere. Basically it's one side that scrolls, another that's 'fixed'. Please help!

It's actually not two different content areas. It's just a fixed background. So, somewhere they have body { background-attachment: fixed; } or body { background: fixed; } in their stylesheet.
