This here's a "Taken Characters" table, especially good for use with games with Character types. Superheros with powers, characters of different species, varying fandoms, etc. As a working example, I use it here for a taken characters page, divvying characters up by the kind of tale they come from. It makes use of each characters' icons [you may want to upload them to photobucket or somewhere yourself instead of direct-linking from their user page in case they delete or re-upload icons]. Hope it comes in handy for someone.
