I thought I'd post this here just with all the purges etc. Awhile ago someone posted a tutorial for the email+journal@gmail.com tutorial. If you want to get all your journals via email and you have done that it actually doesn't work. It will only pull email@gmail.com.

It does work if you type in email+journal@gmail.com, just to be clear. That obviously doesn't help if you have a separate "address" for every journal, but if you have it by game, it could still be helpful. For example, I have lenabee+ouad@me.com that routes all my OUAD notifs into one folder.

And, of course, all my really old journals aren't using that type of email address, so that's not a big deal, really.

	I've added the +username to some of my emails and they didn't appear in the general list of accounts connected to that email. I had to add +username when I wanted them to appear in the forgotten username email... Sorry that is so incoherent.... (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Ack, I'm still a bit confused as to what's not working? I use email+username@gmail.com and then set up my gmail filters, and everything has been fine with notifactions being received and automatically labelled with the account they're sent from. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Oh yes that's fine but if you go into Forget your password and there's an area at the bottom for 'forgot your username' that will email all the journals attached to that email. In that case you'd need to put in email+username@gmail.com instead of just email@gmail.com. Does that make sense? (Reply to this) (Parent)
