Please forgive me if this has already been asked, but I’m not really sure where to begin looking on here for it.

I was wondering though, how do I make a fake-lj cut, to where it looks like a normal link, but works like an ij-cut and opens up in the same post?

Thank you so much for responding, but that wasn't quite what I was trying to ask for. Sorry for my lack of explaining. I'm trying to find something that actually looks like a normal link, but actually is a cut-tag.

Kinda like you see on the bottom post of THIS JOURNAL. On the post that reads "I'm not your star". When you click the word 'not' (in this example I'm using) it goes into the post where you can find the rest of the text that would normally go under the cut.

I know I got the code from here, but I can't find the link to give it to you.

basically you put this at the top, where you would put the lj-cut :

Then add the /lj-cut at the end. Usually I make my post first with the regular lj-cut so that I can get the link, then go back and put this in over it once I know where the link is headed!

Hope this is helpful!
