Once apon a time in a far away place called AOL Chat rooms...A curious girl found herself watching vampires make out in Vampire Tavern. Which, by the way, is still moving and shaking I hear. Rhydin! Ha ha, so funny, but that is where I got started. I moved from "she walked in" to.."..." well, a lot more description than that. I fell in love with writing a story, interacting, and watching the story shift, change, and evolve into something not only mine, but others as well. But that was way back in 2000.
I left Rhydin and moved onto my own storylines, running them and setting them up. I am most proud of Midnight's Embrace...it was one of the first LKH based type games on AOL. It wasn't infested with drama ooc problems like games are today. Just good fun times.
When I moved into modern play, I started using journals. I think that was in 2002 and from there fell in love with how I could not only play, but use journals to develop my character and stories with other writers. I hit a small rut in 2007 but came over to IJ in 08 and have been here ever since.
I am finding it hard to write the way I would like. I love to create the story, but being here so long you run into so many 'kids' that just want the hook up. I've been stalked, creeped out, harrassed, and copyrighted. Why not stop, you ask? Because, I have this insane hope that I will find a great group of writers who will love to create as much as I. Writers who will take pride in their skill as much as enjoy mine.
