I think we have to at least imagine that it might, if we're to stand a chance of seeing it get better. I believe it will. It always does, even when it feels like it's gone on for ages. We've been through things like this before and put them behind us.

I'll have to ask Neil about it. He wasn't very talkative when we last spoke. I think I asked him too many questions.

If you're seeing visitors, of course I am. Do you need anything?

We just put them on ice, Lou, yeah? This shit keeps happening. It doesn't fucking stop happening. It just keeps chipping away at shit, and eventually the shit it's chipping at isn't worth fucking shit anymore.

I feel bad for him. He didn't want to come back to this. Loop him out, yeah? If you can. Let him have his life and his normalcy or whatever. He did enough of this last time he was around me.

I can leave. I'm not locked up here. I have curfews and shit, but I can come and go.

I'll loop him out if he wants to be, but he's wanted to be involved at every juncture. He cares about you.

[A little relieved.] Good. I wasn't sure what sort of place it was. That doesn't sound terribly bad.
