[The day after this, there's a WayneTech USB left at the Chinatown lab. There's no note, but I'm listening flashes on the digital display as soon as it's touched. It's voice encrypted, programmed at some point during her stay in Marvel, and locked to Robert. There's no txt file, no digital instructions on the drive. There are however, two bits of information.
1) The business license and tax exempt/tax deductible information for a very aboveboard non-profit in Marvel Brooklyn. The location, identified only by address, is an after-school program for kids from low-income families. It has a competent manager and a few well placed patrons in New York, which make the place self-sufficient. It's been open six months, and a deeper look reveals that most of the employees are 18-20somthing ex-Gotham kids, all with new IDs obtained with a lot of money in pockets and elbow grease.
2) The second location is listed as a girl's preparatory school. At first glance, it looks pricey. The location is Marvel Manhattan's best, and the real estate is sizable brownstone. The girls, all between 9 and 16, have parents listed outside the country, and their birth certificates are good enough. In a separate folder is a file with the known information about each of the girls, all of which were moved over from a Gotham brothel @12 months earlier. The "school" is funded and staffed with a very significant investment portfolio, which was opened around the time the school was founded.
Lastly, there are all the appropriate digital documents to sign over oversight for both properties/business entities to Robert Banner. With, of course, the bank location and accompanying funds for him to transfer to whoever he sees fit, because she doesn't actually expect him to run anything. But someone has to, or things will fall through the cracks, and she doesn't have the luxury of finding someone.]
