Zombie outbreaks had previously been covered up without the public's knowledge and all seemed under control until an outbreak blamed on H1N1 grew to pandemic proportions by June 2009. People began to see the "pandemic" for what it really was and they panicked.
Preparations were made to make the nation's military bases more practical for long term living by 2009 and announcements of this development swept throughout the radio and television broadcasts on October 25, 2009.

Werewolf attacks have become the stuff of everyday life for much of Wizarding Britain, an ancient spell cast by Slytherin himself is bringing the dead back to life, and a certain Dark Lord seems intent on conquering the world again... Harry Potter, the Head of the Aurors, has his Department fighting back with around the clock patrols and Hit Wizards are busier than ever before, but even with extra security, is the world safe?
How long will the tension build? How much can those who saved the world take? How far can the wizarding world be pushed before it reaches its breaking point?

Something went wrong. Or perhaps it didnt, perhaps it went precisely as you planned. Either way, you're dead. At least, you should be. But it's quite curious how you awaken and can feel wet grass under your fingertips, smell the freshly cut hedges and taste the clean flavor of dew in the air. The dance of rushing water reaches your ears and you breathe in... yes, you certainly are breathing. You're breathing, your heart is pounding against your rib cage, and you feel very much alive...
But you are dead.
Before you stands a magnificent and grand fountain, the sparkling reflection of the building past it seems more lively than the building itself. As you stand you can see the vast greenery of hedges, gardens, fountains, as far as the eye can reach. It seems peaceful here and yet, somehow, in the back of your mind, you know that there's so much more below the surface. And you know it's not near your time to leave.
Welcome to the Jekyll and Hyde Hotel. Where, by day, you live in paradise. And, by night, all you can do is fight your way through hell and back to see the next morning again.
