The Other Side is an alternate universe Harry Potter post DH game. Stranded in an unfamiliar world, the class of '97/'98 come to the realization that there has never been a Lord Voldemort, here. He is more commonly known in this world as just plain old Tom Riddle, right hand man to she-who-must-not-be-named: Bellatrix Lestrange. The world has been run down since in her hands, and now they are stuck living amongst the miserable people already living under her rule. However, interests peak when they realize that they are accompanied by the Class of '77/'78, including most of their parents. The only problem is, they're just as lost and confused as the rest of them. And, with Bellatrix's henchmen hunting them down and tagging them like animals, what are they supposed to do to get home? Some "Guests", as they name them, choose to try and join her army to save their own tails, whilst others try and plan a means in which to attack. Their theory: they did it once, they can do it again! But will it be successful? With Guests and other civilians dying left and right, they have to make a decision, and quick.

Confundus! Is a fun next generation Harry Potter roleplay game set in the yaer 2023. It's been more than 20 years since the Dark Lord was defeated, allowing Harry and his generation to raise their kids in a much safer environment than their own growing up. This doesn't stop house rivalries, however, which are still going strong, even despite the fact that there has been marriage and reproduction between houses.
The game is mostly light, though the house rivalries can get a little dark depending on how far the students want to take things. This is not, however, a game solely for shipping. We would like to see interaction between all kinds of people and possibly even the start of an organization to attempt to unify the houses. After all, when the school was first built: Godric, Helga, Rowena and Salazar were all friends. Can it ever become that way again? |
