Cindy really isn't sure about that. She's softened, obviously, since arriving and taking the kids in, but she's still not the most emotional of people. She can't even muster up emotion for many others, just those that have weaseled their way into her heart, she supposes. "I'll have to take your word for that." Cindy says, sitting on the edge of her seat from before, hand remaining where it is.
"Wasn't an issue until I found you, Katniss, and Prim." She admits, a small smile actually pulling at her mouth. "Much as I don't think I'm great at it, for the record, I wouldn't take it back." She can't help the urge to let him know that because they are important to her.
She doesn't normally get this sentimental, though.
