Hands down, I'd be peanut butter and jelly. I like the classics, and I'm ultra-reliable. (This is not my favorite sandwich, mind you. That's another question for another time.)

you can call me mouse, which is short for my last name. i would really like to know who'd play you in the movie version of your life. also, who would play your love interest? i think a brunette emma stone would make a good me. i don't think my life story would have a love interest, it wouldn't probably be that kind of movie. instead, i'd like to say that whoever my editor is when i publish a novel or my agent when i sell a screenplay, either one, could be played by ryan gosling. and wow, i've been rambling so i'll stop.

A) Some guys spend two month's salary on a ring? I spent a month and a half salary on my last figure competition including fees, bikini, shoes, jewelry, hair/make up, tan and coach.
B) When I was thirteen I spent six months in juvie before being sent to live with my mother's best friend, Damian.
C) This is the year the Book Cove softball team is going to beat the Hair Assessors for summer league title. I play catcher.

I got into a semi heated discussion not long ago with a good friend about career paths. We were catching up and I asked what she was doing now. The answer was far from what I'd expected from her and from the way she answered it was far below her expectations as well. She swore, loudly, that her job did not define her. I have to disagree. It's either what you love or what you're willing to tolerate so you can love other things. Both add to the definition of you as a whole. I do what I love though for a while I was tempted to be a fireman. Obviously my sense of urgency is not up to par. To your good fortune, Seasiders, I make furniture instead.

What's the last dream you remember? Or are you one of those people who has the same dream over and over again? Can you lucid dream? Do you think Inception was on to something, or is that just me?
I'll go first: I was walking along the pier when frogs started leaping out of the water. Just a few, at first, then it was like something out of a horror movie. A dream I have over and over again is being in the wings before a show and realizing I don't know the steps I'm about to perform. Can't lucid dream, but I've tried my damnest to learn how. Inception fucked with my head. (The top totally drops at the end, right? Right?)
I'm Irene, by the way. I teach yoga and Pilates, all levels. If you've always dreamed of doing a handstand or the splits, I'm your woman.
