hey hey hey! briar here moved to the ridge about four years ago, so he'd definitely have some friends around.
his career is kindergarten teacher. i'm thinking maybe he works with the teachers already established here? what do you guys think?
he's a total gym rat. loves building muscle. he also rock climbs, camps, and does all kinds of outdoors-y stuff. he's even considering helping the local boy scout troupe, since that was a lot of fun as a kid. he also likes to go to clubs or anywhere to have fun. running in to him is super easy, he's almost never home. however, he does play a sick game of D&D. video games are also up there on the list. and books. y'know, he just Likes Doing Things guys. he really does.
he's pagan! his power is clairvoyance, attained through divination. you might see him in gardening sections for plants he's grown himself and other places for supplies.
as for personality, he's kind of a goofball who watches his language. likes to silly ramble if it makes you giggle. you can tell he spends time with toddlers. it's rare to see him angry. surprisingly quiet for someone so outgoing, though. pretty open book kind of guy!

Hey everyone! This here is Jakob, and he's a remote viewer. He's also what I like to call 'head fashion bitch in charge'. He designs and makes clothing, and sells it mostly online. He works in an upscale clothing boutique, but he's only there until his line really takes off. He lives with Cecil and Adam, and has a lot of the same interests that a bunch of people have here; he's nerdy, he loves to read, and he's got a heart of gold.
I will take anything and everything you've got to throw at me. Past partners ( Jake is panromantic, demisexual ), clients who come to him for clothes, book nerd buddies, neighbours, people who don't like him because his two default settings are 'stoic and put together' and 'gay as fruit dip in a rainbow' and that can be annoying to deal with. Anything! Give to meeeeee.

I never did post up one of these in here, SO Here goes:
This is Rahul, he's native to the area. His grandmother had a home in River Ridge and he spent almost as much of his time growing up there as he did with his parents who lived in Metairie. He left for college then came back after graduation and worked for an advertising firm in New Orleans for a decade before his grandmother passed and left him her home and some other properties, with the death bed instructions to follow his dreams. It took him a couple years, but he is now the owner of a little coffee shop that does well enough that he was able to make it his full time job.
There's loads that I'm leaving out I'm sure, but he's been around for a while so anyone wanting old friends? Regulars at his coffee shop? People who might work there? Neighbours? Others who have been in the area for ever who might want to work out some past history? Friends or otherwise.
also going to take this time to let everyone know that I know I'm not super active right now, but RL is kinda crazy these days. IF you see me on AIM, don't hesitate to poke me for interactions. IC Or OOC plotting over AIM is always welcome if I'm logged in, just make sure I know which one.

He's an Australian expat who's purposefully lost his accent (save for some tricky vowels) to get people to shut the fuck up about him being from Australia! He went to secondary school and "community college" (British college for you international folks) with James Martin! James is actually his ex-boyfriend and soon they'll be living together again. But not dating. Max is a professional millennial making money with independent programming contracts and blogging. He's also a gamer. He needs friends. Come at me. ♥

Hello everyone, I'm Wren, I am new and here at the invitation of the always amazing Bailey to play this fellow, R. Nigel Thorton, Doctor of English History. He's something of a grump, mostly because he can read your aura and know precisely what you are feeling, all the time, so liars beware. He comes from London, England, with his five year old daughter Angelique, to get away from an alcoholic ex-husband, teaching English History at Tulanes.
Since he is Brand Spanking New to the neighborhood, I am looking for all kinds of lines! Neighbors, fellow educators, anyone with kids or is a teacher in the local school district. He'll come off as frigid but he warms up if his daughter likes you and he doesn't sense a lot of 'nonsense' about your character. He'll be living in a fairly large home, big enough for himself, his daughter, and his best friend/Angelique's birth mother to come and stay when she's not on tour.

She's almost eight months pregnant now and scared to be a mother. She's an automatic writer. She's been in and out of The Ridge for about two years now, but in New Orleans for most of her life. She has no family(that she knows about at least). She's working with sloanparker as her receptionist. If you see her logged in on AIM okayleighdokie feel free to bug her. I love random IM chatter or even scenage that way(do people still do that?)

Hello hello! Sar here with another kid for The Ridge. You don't want to know who all else I have. It's sick.
Anyway, this is Drew. He's an event coordinator (Hudson's business partner) and he's kind of quiet until he really gets to know a person. Then he's a yapper. He legitimately loves the movie Frozen, certain anime series (has a THING for Dragonball Z), vidya games, and he's a total gymrat.
Specific things I'm looking for are; a roommate, a few more gym buddies, fellow Tulane alumni, and people who will not punch him in the face for singing Let It Go unironically.
