"I know what they are," the Doctor hissed. "You make it sound like I don't know the first thing about my own planet!" He didn't not care what Narvin thought of his outfit. He liked it. And that was what mattered. The smart professor look never went out of style. "We will just have to agree to disagree." His head tilted to the side and he looked back at Narvin. "And seeing as it is my ship, I say that yes, there is time."
Approaching the TARDIS, the Doctor reached out and unlocked the TARDIS door with his key. "Even Romana traveled with me. I don't see what your problem is? Why do you hate me so much?" He shook his head and opened the door, stepping back to allow Narvin access first. "Both of us loved Gallifrey. And neither of us should be questioned on how much we cared for our home town."
"Alternate Gallifrey?" The Doctor frowned. "It could have been just the Rift, you know." The Doctor followed him into the TARDIS. "Hopefully you'll never see me in a crisis situation. Or again," he mumbled.
