The Doctor loved Cardiff. It was such a beautiful place to visit. They had the best fish and chips and the best coffee, if you knew where to go. This day, he was seated on the Plass, enjoying a quiet moment. He'd gone to the Bay and watched the sun rise and now he was just hanging out by the Millenium Stadium.
Without having a proper companion to go on adventures, he didn't really have the drive to go. And besides, after what he'd learned from Jack and Obi-Wan, he felt he was needed here. He didn't like what Moriarty was doing and he wanted be there to help stop him when the time came.
And who wouldn't want to go up against Moriarty. It's one of his favorite villains from literature come to life! "Based off a real person. It's Agatha all over again."
His eyes widen as he looks up to see someone in Chancellery robes walking by. The Doctor shakes his head and looks again, thinking he was just imagining it. Hopping to his feet, he walked over to Narvin and held up a hand. "You look a bit lost."
