She did want to see the sights, but she doubted Shawn wanted to see them with her. Forcing a smile, she nodded her head and stepped outside the cafe. "Okay," she murmured, still feeling unsure about it all. She looked at Shawn, raising an eyebrow at him.
A part of her was sure that they wanted time alone. Time to talk about her. "Please, Jack... He told me not to come. Don't... Don't let him get in trouble. Please?" She didn't care what Shawn thought of her, she still cared about him. She might even have loved him. She just hoped it showed in her words. "I don't know what kind of job he does for you now, but... He's good at it. I can see that. He never held a gun for us and he was good with it just now. He's really grown and..." And she was rambling.
