The door swung open as soon as Jim finished his knock, and he stepped inside the darkened space. He straightened the cuff of his left shirt sleeve, momentarily distracted, before pausing.
Jim had always been a bit theatrical.
He raised his arm simply and snapped, and a dim light popped on about 20 meters into the building. Jim jerked his head towards it, holding the door.
"Go and take a look." He grinned, his teeth flashing eerily in the dim light.
