Lily laughed quietly when he teased her about it being favoritism. "Yes, I suppose I see your point there," she murmured. She'd decided not to venture into any discussion that involved Severus being the Headmaster to protect the children. It would likely sour her mood, and she really didn't want that.
Once they arrived at the restaurant, Lily glanced around curiously before she tipped her chin up to regard him, opting to let him play leader for now. She wasn't sure if there was some sort of protocol involved here. Not that she anticipated him knowing, either, but he had been the one to make the reservations, so it stood to reason he had at least a moderate grasp on the place.
