For better or for worse...
Who: Jacob Black, Narrative. When: Forward dated to Thursday night (June 3rd) Where: Cabin 003 Room C What: Jake felt bad, not only was his ego bruised, his heart was too. But he'd hurt someone else in his anger. Rating: PG, it's sweet not dirty. Status: Complete
Jake stood just below Leah's open window. He'd have to be really quiet, she definitely had a full house. Robin Hood and Marian, a guy he had yet to meet, and Reid. And he didn't really want to wake her up. God only knows what she'd do if she knew he was there at all.
Well it was now or never. Running back he put the speed, agility, strength and height he earned with becoming a werewolf(he so didn't care what that kat girl said werewolf was better than shape shifter any day). Pulling himself up onto the roof of the screen porch with ease. To bad Spider-man wasn't there with all the other comic book people, he'd show him how it was really done.
He held his breath and put those animalistic senses to work. No, no one had heard him. Not that he could tell anyway. Easing his way over the roof, he crept into her window. This was almost too easy. He half expected something to go wrong as he eased over the windowsill. So far so good. He knew it was her room because her scent was everywhere.
He'd managed all this with a blue rose clamped between his teeth. It was unusual, like her, and he liked it instantly. He had painstakingly removed every single thorn, without causing any damage to the stem or flower. He'd pricked himself and bled more than he'd like to admit... but hopefully she would get the sentiment.
He removed the stem from between his teeth. On bare feet he eased across the room to her bed. Seeing her curled up, beneath the blanket, he longed to slide in beside her. But he resisted, that would wake her up, and he didn't want to do that.
As gently as he could manage he smoothed her hair away from her face... He could resist crawling in bed with her, but he couldn't resist the urge to lean over and brush a kiss across her cheek. Setting the rose on the nightstand where she would see it when she awoke. Once she began to stir, either from his presence there or because of the sneaky kiss, he eased across the room and leaped from the window.
