She should have seen Caitlin. Echo had no idea how she knew that or who this Caitlin even was or how she just knew that she could trust but she attributed her confusion to ... well, see, she didn't even know that.
The worst part about not knowing shit? It seemed like she was only one. Yes, there were others that apparently had suffered similar memory loss but six months worth? How did someone just forget six months of their life? She wasn't alone, though so she could at least find some comfort in knowing that the others were experiencing similar frustrations.
Those Rose person had promised to give her the answers she needed, to explain what the hell was going on. At least she hadn't ended up upside-down and attached to a machine. So far, this place was at least that much better. As for everything else, she wasn't sure. Everything felt familiar but it was like a faded memory of an old dream that she could never fully catch onto. Just when she felt like she was remembering something, it slipped through her grasping fingers and disappeared. But she didn't let her emotions get the best of her. Not here. Not in this strange place.
Speaking to Lexa again had been interesting, though Echo couldn't say much else about it. Maybe oddly pleasant? Which was only a little alarming. Since when had she gotten along with Clarke? And Bellamy ... well, she wasn't going to touch on that until he reached out to her.
Getting to this lounge she had been told so much about was a bit tricky but she managed to find her way to it. Getting her head checked and washing up was low on her priority list. She had questions. And a headache.
She hoped this Rose had a cure for both.
The lounge was decent enough and though she thought she would feel out of place as she entered, she strangely did not. In fact, she was sure that she had been here before. Or maybe that was her brain playing tricks on her. Just telling her that everything felt familiar when maybe nothing really was. She grabbed her head as another headache came rolling and went straight to the bar to ask for something hard and strong. It was only once she had taken her first sip that she realized she didn't quite remember what Rose looked like and started looking around, squinting and staring at everyone.
