WHO: Ernie MacMillan and Tracey Davis
WHAT: Chatting
WHERE: Near the Qudditch pitch.
WHEN: Tuesday, Sept. 29th, after classes
RATING: PG
STATUS: Pending

Ernie MacMillan had a hell of a weekend. He hadn't planned on making amends with Zach, but he also hadn't counted on someone sending his housemate mysterious brownies laced with marijuana. Honestly. Did Hogwarts have to start inspecting every single owl? Maybe Lavender had a point; perhaps Hogwarts was no better than being out there in the world torn apart by war. Rebuilding? More like tearing everyone and everything apart! Then of course Justin had to go try apologizing again. Ernie wanted to say it was no big deal. He wanted the words 'forgiven and forgotten' to slip from his lips, but, damn he was angry --- angrier at Justin and Susan than he had even realized.

Brilliant. Ernie and Zach might have come to an agreement, but Ernie was still scared everything would go back to the way it was before the stupid brownies. Justin had promised to remember Ernie's feelings and what happened? Same old thing. Why should he think Zach would be any different?

Needless to say, Ernie needed air. Lots and lots of air. Hence, he decided to use his rounds to take a trip outside. He finished his walk around the castle, winding up near the Quidditch pitch. Ah. Crisp, clean air. Thinking time. Just what Ernie needed.

Who: Millicent Bulstrode & Luna Lovegood
Where: Front steps of the school
When: After dinner sometime
What: Millicent is bummed and never does well with people seeing her emotions so she went outside
Rating: PG
Status: Incomplete/Pending

What was becoming of Hogwarts? Pansy was confessing issues to her, which Millicent was definitely capable of dealing with even if they weren’t very emotional. Millicent was just not very good at listening and helping people through their emotions; it was just not something Millicent had much experience in. Then there was Smith and the fact that they had indeed agreed and spoke like civil people. Yes Millicent could be civil but after she had poked fun at his antics they still managed to agree and have something of a pleasant conversation. Things were definitely changing. Unlike Pansy, Millicent accepted change because it was a part of life, but it didn’t mean she liked all the changes.

Millicent was curious about how things were changing and developing in school and especially her own house. She was curious to what was going on with Draco and if what Pansy assumed could ever happen. Millicent of course couldn’t think about her housemates without thinking about Crabbe and Goyle and being hit with incredible painful emotion that preferred not to deal with. They were gone and time had passed but it still wasn’t getting any better. They were her friends and were always reliable, but now they weren’t there to call on if she needed company or something to go eat with. Storming the kitchen wasn’t as much fun anymore without the two of them to fight over the cakes with.

The common room started to feel enclosed to Millicent and she just needed to get out. She pulled her cat from her lap who had found comfort there purring away as it relaxed. “Sorry Mabel,” she muttered as she moved her out of the way and stood up. Homework was left incomplete but right now Millicent didn’t care. She felt that if she was going to continue to dwell on what she had started to think about she knew that people would begin to notice her appearing almost teary-eyed and she didn’t need that right now. Millicent hated being upset or emotional around other people, which was why she had to get out of here.

Leaving the common room behind, she walked out and headed as quickly as she could through the hallways. Her heavy footsteps echoing in the hall, and stature slouched. The school uniform hung from her body, her robes lay forgotten in the common room with her cat. Millicent found herself outside quicker than she had expected, but the fresh was definitely helping her opposed to the stuffy common room. Millicent didn’t get very far though, and found herself plopping down on the front steps of the school with a heavy sigh. She pulled her feet up to the next step and leaned her hands arms on her knees and her chin rested upon her arms.
