Teddy glanced over at Albus when he clapped him on the shoulder. He gave a small smile in response as they headed for the manor. He wasn't, honestly, looking forward to this. The council could, he assumed, do a lot more than refuse them. He'd heard rumors of people disappearing and no one knowing where to. He'd been in the village when they messed with people's age just out some sick joke or revenge for losing the dueling tournament. If the council wasn't pleased with their actions, they could do a lot more in punishment than to just refuse them and it was a chilling thought.
