Sometimes you need to get out, go out on the town and Teagan's got a date with one helluva man. She sure feels pretty when she pulls up to the Chestnut Tree with Vic sitting bitch in the back. There are a few people out and about, smoking, chatting, getting some fresh air as people are wont to do when honky tonkin'. They all stop what they're doing to look over at the two Hellhounds. Someone murmurs something but they're on orders to be on their best behavior. No shooting first, they're on a mission to change their reputation as dangerous to heroic. A band of jolly outlaws. Rodeo Hood and his band of Merry Hounds.
Once off the bike, Teagan unpacks her bag of trades. That's how this place works - cans for bottles. She's wondering if they make cocktails or if that's too much for them to handle. If she's going out, then MAYBE, she wants something fancy. Ice maybe? That would be as foofy as she gets.
"How you doin'?" she asks Vic, making sure his shoulder had handled the ride just fine. "Come on...I'll buy you a drink." Two of the people dawdling outside step out of her way without Teagan having to say a thing. Could be the cut she's wearing is all the announcing she needs. Could be that she has a massive wall of muscle along with her. It didn't matter, even when they sweet they were salty. No one wanted to tussle with a Hellhound. Their reputations preceded them regardless of the game change.
Inside there's music. It's impressively Battery from Metallica's Master of Puppets and Teagan looks back at Vic, approval notched in the small twitch of a smile her mouth gives him. It's hard to play it nice out in the open like this.
