[Outside]
Who: Severus Snape, Euphemia [OPEN]
What: The mortician has arrived to harrass Quentin and for other reasons known only to himself.
When: Wee hours Monday morning
Where: Outside the Regulator-established Mattwall base camp.
Rating: Could go high.
The street was empty at this time of night except for the sounds emanating out of the Regulator base camp, but all at once it was interrupted by the swish of a cloak and the sound of wooden footsteps on the pavement. Severus walked even as he Apparated in, heading directly for the camp with a look of determination. The look he gave the building was grim; he thought that Trimble was probably in Scamandar Park, holing himself up with owls and his books, magical compasses and maps and all sorts of articles the disorganized mind- to Snape- used in times that demanded strategy.
As he walked, there was already an owl swooping in. He unfurled the roll of parchment as the owl took flight again; the morgue already had bodies. A Muggle had shot a wizard in a panic. Idiots. The Obliviators ought to've been called already, in addition to the Muggle Ministry to block off the entire district from the Muggles, but neither relevant department seemed particularly interested in Muggle relations. Nor, incidently, was Snape.
He was in the process of questioning himself about why he had not foreseen the sudden appearance of the wall.
