When Caitlin brushed a kiss against Byron's cheek, he smiled before turning his head to catch her lips with his, offering a soft kiss in return. He did grin against her lips, though, before turning back to look up at the stars. "Oh, no," he said with a small shake of his head. "I do think you're some sort of a lunatic," he informed her tone teasing. "But I quite like it," Byron concluded before turning back to look at her, smile on his lips strongly implying that Byron really did like the way Caitlin was, mad or not (though, he really didn't think she was a lunatic at all, if anything, Byron mostly thought Caitlin was charming).
After giving Caitlin another light kiss, Byron sat up, pulling Caitlin up, too. Then he proceeded to reach of the picnic basket, before they forgot about it altogether and then give a small 'ooh' as he glanced into it. Byron was quite excited for sandwiches and tea under the galaxies. It was going to be a fantastic experience, enhanced greatly by Caitlin's presence. Pulling out two cups from the basket, Byron offered Caitlin one, presuming she wouldn't object to him helping himself to the basket's contents.
