Caitlin had been thrilled when Byron messaged her wanting to see her again. A large part of her had been a little worried that he might not want to and she'd tried to push it down as best she could in the short time that spanned between their last meeting and his message. She hadn't wanted to assume one way or the other until she knew for sure. Luckily, he'd contacted her and she didn't really have to worry any longer about that. She liked him, a lot, and she was glad that he'd reached out to her. Even more glad that it was because he wanted to see her again.
She'd packed up a picnic of sandwiches and containers of fruit and a thermos with tea and carried it all with her when she made her way to the address that Byron had given her. She knew it had sounded familiar, but it wasn't until she got there that she realized it was the planetarium. The planetarium that was closed. Or, at least, the one that should have been closed. She blinked a little at the building but was distracted by Byron's kiss to her cheek and his hand in hers.
"Isn't this place closed?," she asked him. She also wasn't sure about whether or not picnics were terribly permitted inside, but Byron moved with purpose so she followed along.
