So here you go, a list courtesy of me. Keep in mind, I'm trying to think of things that you can do considering your age.
"Grounds For Insanity". The only real coffeehouse in town, so you can hang out there if you've got the money for anything. "It's A Fluke". It's a club, but they allow anyone sixteen and over in. You'll get a hand stamp so no alcohol for you, but it's pretty much the only night spot that caters to your age group as far as I'm aware. "Abigail Winters Library". If you like to read or want any free movie rentals, you can try them. "Red Oak Mall". It's exactly what it sounds like. There are several parks around if you want to loiter around them, and they're busy enough for a town this size. I did spot a new cupcake shop on my way to work today though. I think it was called "Sticky and Sweet" so again, if you have the money, you could check that out.
If you want to try something risky, not that I encourage this in any way, you could look at Metropolis, but I wouldn't recommend it.
