Raven didn't know how to react to the voice echoing out of her computer at first - she had barely just managed to figure out how the thing worked honestly, and now disembodied voices were floating out and she didn't know if that was normal or something else entirely. Still, she could hardly ignore the voice and after a lot of trial and error (so basically yelling at the computer while clicking various buttons, until she finally realised it wasn't the computer but the small CB radio next to it) she finally got through.
After discussing a semi-appropriate meeting spot, as Raven was not about to go gallivanting through some unknown forest, she grabbed a bag and stuffed it with a flashlight, a pair of sweats as promised, and the radio just in case. She scribbled a quick note to Charles in case he came to look for her and half jogged out of the room and towards the exit. She didn't mean to seem excited, the poor girl seemed scared, but it was the first not awful event of any interest to happen to her since she arrived. Heading out of the front doors of the manor, she pulled out the radio to say she was ten minutes away and made off in a quick jog towards the forest.
As she got closer, she noticed how dark it was getting the further she got from the main part of town, and she rooted through her bag for the flashlight, pulling something entirely different out. It was a knife. A big one at that. Since Erik seemed the only likely candidate, she just muttered something about being able to take care of herself as she found the flashlight, though the knife still remained in the other hand.
At last, the forest edge. She dropped the bag down and shone the flashlight into the trees as she swapped the knife for the radio.
"Hi, Lorna? Can you see a light shining at all? Should be about eye level?"
