Ash's mind? Blown. He had no idea about that and it was nearly world breaking. But the thought of Bree not being happy was a serious one. She was, for all accounts, the one person he'd ever met that could be happy anytime anywhere. It was one of the things he actually enjoyed and admitted to being able to be a part of. How could anyone not want that? "None of that made you happy?"
He was kind of glad she'd missed his point, or any point he might have made. None put him in a very good light and he wanted to stay in favor just in case he did get arrested and he needed her to bail him out. (Or that's what he told himself.) "It's not that I didn't like them," he should shut up but he was sure she had already liberated them all, "I just don't think they were appropriate for now.. maybe later." That sounded almost suggestive didn't it. Danger! "Or for Halloween. Halloween isn't that far away."
