Claire...it's Chris. I'm back in Raccoon City. Had someone who apparently knows you tell me that you're here too. I...I need to see you. Partly because I miss my sister, and partly because I'm hoping you know more about what's going on in the lower city. Call me back.

Some progress is better than none at all. Admittedly, at this rate, it could take more time than I have to significantly minimize the rate of infection in the Lower City, but that doesn't make it any less worth the effort.
