... A friend of mine... or, if I must be technical, an ex-girlfriend, has poured out her heart to me. But, I am not the same man who left her ten years ago. She was devastated that I told her I cannot be with her. I believe that if I were to pick up our relationship from where we left off, I would only hurt her again. Perhaps it is out of pity, as odd as that may be from me... but she does hold certain sentimental value to me. I believe that I would hurt her again if I returned her affection, but... She didn't say who she wanted me to be... she said she wanted us to be what we once were. By that, I assumed she meant us romantically. ... I'm not the person I used to be. I'm now an Admiral in the Empire she is fighting to destroy... and I've had to do battle with her three times now. All three times, I nearly killed her... once with my ship's cannons, once with my sword, and once by... never mind. I will not get into the specifics. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	She was rescued by them, twice. Whenever I saw her, or heard about her, she was with pirates. She attacked Imperial ships on a pirate ship. I didn't need to ask her. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
