I'd like to do a line involving body modification.
Idea 1: Character A is a business man, very suit and tie at work, but under his suit is something surprising. He'd heavily into body modification and has extensive tattoo work, piercings, and more hidden under his clothing. Character B is a coworker who finds out. How this plays out in terms of blackmail, sex, whatever is open to discussion.
Idea 2: Character A is a bit of a recluse, but somehow, Character B gets through to him and a friendship is born. It doesn't take long to figure out why Character A shy's away from attention.
I'd be character A in both lines. I'd prefer slash, but could be het too.
