HE is an American journalist--perhaps for CNN, perhaps for an up-and-coming website. Polite, a brilliant writer, charismatic, and utterly professional.

SHE is a monarch from a European country (Queen preferred, Princess also okay). Her public adores her, the international community respects her. She also certainly desires the reporter, and is very accustomed to getting what she wants.
