So yesterday I got my face bashed in out of the blue and this morning I woke up to a note from Alicia that she's left me. Again. I think I may need to get away for a bit, clear my head while this blows over. Anybody want to come to Finland?

None of you will have normal lives until you stop feeling so sorry for yourself. She's effecting the team. She's been sat. She's got a drinking problem. Patrick punched you in the face - which you deserved.

Tell me - what did you think would happen? Everyone might cheer for you and say well done, good job? You two acted like entitled children for almost ten years.

It's a giant problem. A problem that spans so many avenues of my life and I am so bloody sick of hearing about you and Alicia.
